Writing this song was an exercise in psyching myself up to lay my heart on the line and get some answers, once and for all. I'm sure on some level I knew what the answer would be, but I needed to ask; I needed the closure, and I needed the courage to speak up.

I hope that when you listen to this song, it gives you the same courage it gave me. If you're waiting for things to happen to and for you, you'll end up waiting forever. Get out there and create the world you want for yourself. I believe in you.
